Annual Leave Entitlements

Basic leave entitlements include:

• For the first calendar year: 20 days (with 5-day work week) or 24 days (with 6-day work week)
• For the second calendar year: 21 days (with 5-day work week) or 25 days (with 6-day work week)
• After 10 years of employment: 25 days (with 5-day work week) or 30 days (with 6-day work week)

Important Information

• Leave is granted in consecutive days if the employee wishes
• The employer is obliged to grant the leave within the year
• Replacing leave with monetary compensation is prohibited
