Instructions - Basic Information

Calculation Period

  • The calculation period is from May 1 to December 31 each year
  • The bonus is paid by December 21
  • It is calculated based on the regular earnings of December 10

Calculation Method

The Christmas bonus is calculated as follows:

Employment Period Calculation
Full period One monthly salary
Shorter period 2/25 of the monthly salary for every 19 days

Additional Information

  • An allowance of 0.04166 is added to the final amount
  • Regular earnings (basic salary, allowances, etc.) are included
  • Absences proportionally reduce the bonus amount
